By using the media and services provided by Luz Visuals Media through HDPhotoHub, you agree to the terms outlined below. These guidelines are designed to protect both your rights and ours while ensuring fair, legal use of our content.

Media Usage Rights
All photos, videos, drone footage, floor plans, and other media (�??????????????????????????�?????????????????????????�????????????????????????�???????????????????????�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??Media�??????????????????????????�?????????????????????????�????????????????????????�???????????????????????�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢?�??????????????????????????�?????????????????????????�????????????????????????�???????????????????????�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�) delivered through HDPhotoHub are licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Media for marketing the specific property it was created for. This includes use on the MLS, real estate websites, social media, flyers, and email campaigns �??????????????????????????�?????????????????????????�????????????????????????�???????????????????????�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢?? only for the duration of the listing. Use of any Media for additional properties, future listings, personal portfolios, or commercial campaigns requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.

Drone Footage & Aerial Use
All drone photography and video footage captured by Luz Visuals Media is conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Drone content is licensed under the same terms as other Media, but may not be altered, sold, or repurposed without our prior written consent. Drone operations are subject to airspace permissions and weather conditions, and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel aerial shoots if flight safety is at risk. Clients are responsible for ensuring that property access and local restrictions (such as HOA or municipal ordinances) allow for legal drone use.

Ownership and Copyright
Luz Visuals Media retains full ownership and copyright of all content. You may not transfer or resell the Media to third parties (including other agents, brokerages, or contractors) without written permission. Unauthorized use or distribution of our Media outside the agreed terms may result in legal action.

Delivery and Hosting
Your Media will be delivered via HDPhotoHub and will remain available for a minimum of 6 months. We recommend downloading and backing up all files promptly. Hosting extensions may be available upon request.

Client Responsibilities
It is the client�??????????????????????????�?????????????????????????�????????????????????????�???????????????????????�??????????????????????�?????????????????????�????????????????????�???????????????????�??????????????????�?????????????????�????????????????�???????????????�??????????????�?????????????�????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??s responsibility to ensure that the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready at the time of the shoot. Any delays, reshoots, or additional editing requests due to property conditions may be subject to additional fees.

Payments and Cancellations
Full payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. For drone shoots, cancellations due to weather or FAA restrictions will be rescheduled at no charge.

Limitations of Liability
Luz Visuals Media is not responsible for any damages, financial loss, or legal issues resulting from the use or misrepresentation of our Media. We do not guarantee MLS compliance and recommend verifying image usage guidelines with your local board.

Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
